Banana, Oat and Raisin Muffins

Makes about 12 cupcakes


1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup of light brown sugar
1/4 cup of honey
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 free range egg
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 mashed bananas
1/2 cup of dried raisins

Mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, honey, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Add the remaining ingredients. Pour into 12 cupcake cases. Cook in a preheated oven at 400F for 25 minutes of until golden brown.
