French Vinaigrette

Ingredients

3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
1/2 cup of olive oil

In a jar mix the vinegar and the mustard until the mustard is completely dissolved. Add the olive oil and close the jar. Give it a good shake and pour on any salad.
