Quiche for the homeless

Those of you who know me personally will know that once a month I cook or bake for the homeless. I’ve usually made something sweet and therefore low key – no big deal. This month I’ve taken on the main course. Eek. Quiche for 100. I had an awesome little helper too. They smelt amazing. I hope they taste okay! They should be being eaten as I write this. I’ve based them on this recipe but didn’t do a crust and added peas and sweet corn too! http://www.thekitchn.com/brunch-recipe-for-a-crowd-country-ham-onion-quiche-in-a-sheet-pan-168509
