Smoked Prosciutto, Asparagus and Parmesan Quiche

Ingredients

A pack of diced smoked prosciutto
A pack of asparagus spears (about 20-25) chopped into small bits
Four eggs
1/2 cup Grated cheese (any you like!)
1/4 cup of Parmesan
Pastry (home made or a store bought pastry shell will do fine!)

Lay the prosciutto on the bottom of the pastry shell
Fast boil the asparagus for 4 minutes in boiling water
In a separate bowl mix the eggs and cheese
Drain and add the asparagus
Mix well and pour into the shell
Sprinkle with Parmesan

Cook in a pre heated oven at 400F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
