Tarte aux Champignons


Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to season
One onion finely chopped
500g mushrooms (you can mix the types if you’d like)
250ml chicken stock
3 cloves of garlic minced
One pastry case

Brown the onions in the olive oil for about 15 minutes. Add the mushrooms and garlic. Let the mushrooms reduce down for another 15-20 minutes. Add the chicken stock and wait until it has all been absorbed (about 20 minutes). Spoon the mixture into the pastry case and bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 20 minutes. And there you have it – a yummy mushroom tart! A great lunch favorite with a green salad.
