Vegetable Muffins

Served with hummus

Ingredients

1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
half a cup honey
1 cup of cooked veggies
1/2 cup of veg oil
A touch of milk if the mixture is too dry which sometimes happens depending on the vegetables you are using!

Mix all. And cook in preheated oven at 350F and cook for fifteen minutes until golden brown!
