I made this salmon and then laid it on some vermicelli noodles yesterday for dinner and it’s amazingly simple yet tasty!
Salmon fillets (I had a large whole salmon so cut it up into smaller fillets and made some for Poppy with just lemon juice and olive oil)
4 tablespoons of Teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons minced garlic
3 teaspoons of chili flakes
2 teaspoons of dried ginger
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Drizzle the salmon with the oil and all the other ingredients. Cook, uncovered in a preheated oven at 350F for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through!
I served it with noodles but you could serve it with a stir fry or anything else that takes your fancy!
