Chicken and Mushroom Pasta with Prosciutto

This will now be a comfort food favorite…


250g pasta shells cooked according to packet instructions
Dash of olive oil
1 onion
4 crushed garlic cloves
1 pack of mushrooms
2 chicken breasts
100g diced prosciutto
2 tbsps half and half cream
2 tablespoons parmesan

Brown the onions in the olive oil. Add the garlic and the chicken. Cook until the chicken is cooked through. Add the mushrooms and the prosciutto. Cook on a slow heat until the mushrooms have reduced in size and are fully cooked. Once done, add the cream and the pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve!

Poppy has eaten heaps of this pasta! It seems to be her current favourite!
