Lemon, lime and chilli tilapia filets

I baked these filets to go with my Mexican rice this week. It’s so easy and yet so tasty!


2 Tilapia filets
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chili flakes


Lay the Tilapia filets in an oven proof dish. Pour the olive oil over them. Pour the lemon and lime over the the oil. Sprinkle with chili flakes. Bake (covered) in a preheated oven at 350F for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with Mexican rice and some vegetables!
