Lemon Loaf

This is for all my English friends who wanted some recipes in grams! Here is my favorite lemon loaf recipe.

Ingredients

2 tbsp lemon juice
250g self raising flour
250g sugar
250g margarine
4 large eggs

Directions

Beat the sugar and the eggs together until nice and fluffy. Add the flour and the margarine. Add the lemon juice. Pour into a loaf tin. Cook in a preheated oven at 400F for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Enjoy!

Top tip – weigh your eggs with their shells on. Use the same amount of flour, sugar and margarine as you have eggs. So if your eggs weigh 260 grams, use 260 grams of flour, sugar and margarine etc!
