Garlic Prawns with Chilli served with Fettuccine and Baby Romaine Salad

I’ve been meaning to make this for ages and kept forgetting – not sure why. Turns out, I had most of the ingredients in last night so decided to give it a go!

Ingredients

Olive oil
A packet of large cooked fresh prawns (about 20) (frozen will do fine – just defrost them before you use them!)
2 tbsp minced garlic
5 spring onions, chopped finely
2 tsp dried chilli flakes
300 g of fettuccine

Directions

Drizzle a little olive oil in a hot pan and add the prawns. Add the garlic, spring onions, and chill flakes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta with some olive oil in a separate pan. Once the pasta is cooked, add the prawn mixture to the pasta and serve up with some salad and french vinaigrette. I think this may become a lazy weekday favourite!
