Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

A great sunday lunch meal….I found this on a crock pot facebook page I follow and it was delicious. We had it with roasted potatoes and roasted asparagus. Yum.

Ingredients

2 pound Pork Tenderloin
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Diced dried onions
1 1/2 tbs Garlic Powder

Directions

Mix ingredients above. Pour over Tenderloin in the crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours.

Enjoy!
